

Willow Grove village has seen extensive
enabling works (earthworks) completed
over 2016 to support the commencement
of development in Autumn 2017 including:
• Approximately 1,300 houses
• Large scale open space planting to occur
alongside the housing developments
• Construction of the next Primary School /
Secondary School (Wixams Academy)
• Willow Grove will have a rural edge
defined by fields allowing for more
natural open landscapes, with established
landscaped edges to provide the setting
for early housing
• Initial parcels of land have been sold to
Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes
for the construction of circa 1,300 houses

Southern Cross and Green Lane.
Harrowden Green village has progressed
with site re-profiling in 2016 and Gallagher
Estates are committed to start development
in Summer 2017 of the following:
• Approximately 900 houses
• Works to new access onto the B530
are underway
• Residential parcels of land have been
sold to Morris Homes and Abbey Homes
with the start of the development in
Autumn 2017.
Gallagher Estates will complete the final residential elements of Lakeview Village by
Summer 2017, supporting the previously developed primary school, local centre shops,
multi-use village hall, sports pitches and exceptional community play areas.
